My dog went here for over a year. I thought he was loving it, only to come to realize he was being neglected in Wooferties Joe's care. There was signs and I wash I would have to action sooner. First sign: I seen pictures of my dog on their Facebook page of my dog in a cage outside. When I picked him up he drank water until he threw up. An ex employee informed me that the employees put dogs in cages without water so they don't have to keep cleaning up the messes they make. Second sign: I boarded my dog there on multiple occasions, this last one, I sent pre bagged and portioned food for each meal for 3 days (breakfast and dinner) when I picked him up I got 3 bags of food back. They didn't feed him 3 meals!! This was the last straw: I took my dog to the vet, I noticed something wrong with his teeth. He ended up having to get 2 teethe removed with a report from the vet stating his teethe were badly work with metallic stains. They asked me if he was chewing on metal! I have absolutely nothing metal in my home and my dog is not a chewer, he's 5 years old. Wooferties was caging my dog during his weekly daycare visits and/or during his boarding. Where was staff?? The owner Angie denied him being in a cage but she also kept referring to my dog as a "she" and offered to show me video footage and when I agreed her daughter Mary would not let me. Mary is an aggressive girl who is very harsh and heartless to the dogs. Most recent boarding when I dropped my dog off, I barely made it through the door when she snatched his leash and literally drug him to the back. His feet were sliding on the floor and I didn't even get to say goodbye! BE WARNED!! when I brought all of this to the owner she would not take accountability for absolutely nothing! Then removed me from thier Facebook page. THE UNPROFESIONALISM AND NEGLECT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PRECIOUS...
