Rhondalynn and Nick are passionate about your pet. They treat them like family, give you great feedback on how the day went both in person, and via pet report card. Rhondalynn is full of knowledge and is always eager to hear what's going on with your fur baby! Highly recommend. Our puppy goes here 3 to 4 days a week, and she is always excited to go to "school." Went there because they seemed like they really cared. Upon arriving the front door was covered with urine and hair. The entry was dirty. They grabbed my dog and went away. The smell was horrible. My dog’s canned food was not even opened. Only half of her dry food was eaten. She came home licking her back paws. She smelled horrible. I am not sure what the facility looks like behind the door for the dogs. The girls at the front desk were very sweet but I will not ever take my dog...

I have two less social pups, who didn’t grow up with a lot of other dogs around (I know it’s me!!!) so I was really anxious for them to be around other dogs while boarding. But Rondalyn slowly introduced them to other dogs and by the end of the week they were running and playing with the best of them! They’re less anxious about being around other dogs now and I am less anxious about them being around them too ;). Great communication and very flexible,...
