I deleted my 5 star review. This evening, I was sold sugar leaves. Like straight leaves. I have always trusted my budtender. I mean, that why they’re there right? To recommend products and make sure you’re getting what you need. I’m not upset with the girl that helped me. But she talked to the “co owner “ and he pretty much said tough cookies. I think it’s ridiculous that this product was even being sold. It looks like a teenager grew it in my back yard. After all of the money I’ve spent since the opening of the Newcastle store, I was treated like garbage when I asked them to make it right. This is not ok. I would love to see the “co owner” try to smoke this. It’s terrible. Like I said STRAIGHT LEAVES. Called within minutes of leaving the store. My first time ever coming into American Cannabis what made me stop in was the unique painting tht they have on there building. I'm glad I stopped in this plc is by far one of the BEST dispensary I been too. The staff was awesome Corie, was very helpful she told me everything they have to offer. The kool part is they want there customer happy if u dont like the product u can bring back wht flower u have left and trade it for different flower tht works for u also u get a kool hat or shirt your choice if it's your first time coming in and they also take debit cards which is so much better then having to use the atm then check out u can do it all at one time really liked tht oh and they have a drive thru cant get any better. I come in probably 2-3 times a week for concentrates safe to say this is my “main” dispensary I use, I try to put people on to American Cannabis every time that I get asked about what I’m smoking on. The selection is huge and prices are incomparable to other places in Newcastle. I’m also very impressed with the staff at the store. I swear it seems every time I come in it happens to be Kelsey checking me , and without even having to ask she will have multiple different recommendations on the newest products in the store.
