We visited this location at approximately 2:30 PM on October 18, 2025. During our visit, a middle-aged woman (around 50–60 years old) with dark, curly, permed hair exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior. She watched my partner and me continuously, as though we were suspected of stealing. Her conduct was intrusive and made our experience very uncomfortable. While attentive customer service is appreciated, her behavior crossed the line into harassment. I would strongly advise avoiding this location due to the staff’s inappropriate and disrespectful treatment...

My fiance found some really neat items, they have lots of different styles. The prices were pretty decent. They also have lots of jewelry items ranging from all sorts of prices. The staff was very helpful and polite. We spent a fair amount of time just looking around, and when we did finally make our purchases the young lady was very professional...

I luv Cato Fashion, went to the Newcastle store to p/u a denim skirt they were holding for me & the Sales Lady was real nice, asked did I see anything else would like to buy, advs no just came for the skirt...Thank you Cato in Newcastle, Ok for a job...
