I go in for brake pads for my truck, I'm talking to the red shirt, looking at the 3 styles on his computer, I know exactly what I need, as I've been doing the brakes on this truck for 5 years. I tell the guy to go grab a box and then this black shirt douche comes up going on about a chassis # and asking me if i know what chassis i have, i told him it's not necessary. I get the box, literally have the pads in my hand, they're the ones i need, and this ignorant black shirt guy with zero customer service knowledge tells me, just to be sure i should go home, take the pads off, and bring them up for comparison. First off, how do I drive back up with no brakes? My truck is 20 feet away in the parking lot, he couldve offered to look up the vin or even go out a took a glance through the rim, I knew I had the right pads, and even if they werent, guess what?
