So this is my first post to a local business I pay to support and would like to have them support us by delivering a product worth what we pay! Everyone that online orders from this place knows it goes through Slice which I don't have any problem with, they can only deliver (if used) when the order is ready. Usually if I get fast food or even to go meals from our local immediate area of Newcastle (Main St./32nd St.) I will contact the restaurant and speak with a manager and personally talk about the issue I have with my order usually (missing items, wrongly cooked) and they are very apologetic and offer to replace or refund which is only right some will offer to do that and as encouragement to come back will offer me some other compensation, which I admire in a company that stand behind and in front of their business. I have to go to Moore, Norman, Blanchard areas for fast food because these (most I have been to) in Newcastle don't care about what they serve. Forgive me for ranting but when I go out to eat I expect to be able to eat it!! My x-large stuffed crust pizza was raw dough in the crust as as thin as it was, it was raw as well. My garlic cheese bread was almost raw the bottom wasn't even browned. Yesterday I reheated the pizza and garlic cheese bread at 350 degrees for 10 minutes still raw. This was 2 days ago Monday, Oct. 17, 2022. Yesterday I called asked for the manager spoke to Shawn told him about my pizza he put me on hold because he wasn't on last night (Mon) and needed to talk to his boss and would call me back and see about a refund or whatever. It has been over 24 hrs. and I haven't gotten a call back. So I know how they really feel about a customer that spends over $99. Haven't mentioned it was late as well. They don't! I won't go back there they are now...

The food is always great. Best pizza option in tri city area. Unfortunately, it seems no one works here but lazy teens that don’t care at all and have no work ethic. I just got done picking up a take out order through the drive thru. There was 1 young girl with reddish hair behind the counter. She was working hard and seemed overwhelmed; on the phone, on the register and working the front counter. Then two teen boys step out of a car in the parking lot to the east, right outside the drive thru line. They come in, (I assume) clock in on a computer, then proceed to stand together talking, eating French fries, and just relaxing while watching their coworker (the girl) be swamped and working her butt off. By this time I’ve been sitting at the window for around ten minutes. Both of the boys have looked at me and made eye contact and resumed their standing around eating snacks until I finally turned my entire body to look into the window and wave at them. At that point French fry boy rolled his eyes and came to the window and said “yeah?”. I asked him if I could maybe get the order I placed so he turned around, without responding, and had the young lady take care of me - the only one that has done any work this entire time.

I would be so embarrassed if my teens acted that way… hopefully their parents can teach them the importance of work ethic and maybe the owner or manager (I’ve never seen an adult here) might look into how much time clock theft these children are taking part in. I have been many times, usually very good pizza and wings. I've sent several people there... unfortunately, when my brother visited the window (first time) -no one would come to bring his pizza; he sat a very long time. He said it appeared there was only one person working that afternoon, and the guy was in the back with a big truck delivering supplies. I came shortly afterwards, and had to call the phone number to get my pizza to the window. No apology, very rude! Both of our pizzas were short on toppings. This is not the normal, as usually I've met with friendly staff, and had wonderful food. The last few pizzas were a higher price (which was fine) - except at the same time I started to pay more - I was receiving pizzas with less toppings? Ex: Chicken Alfredo pizza with 3 tiny pieces of chicken & not much of anything else... very disappointing - this happened a few times. I then ordered and payed for additional toppings to get the same as what I used to get at this pizza shop for a regular topping order with the lower price?
