Went to the store in Portland and bought a pair of shoes. I normally always check but this time I didn't and when I got home I found only 1 shoe in the box. I had bought them for a wedding but not a big deal I had other shoes I could use. I do not live near Portland but I work in Portsmouth so I used my lunch break today to make the return. They said I have to drive all the way back to Portland and they could not help me in anyway. I understand the Portsmouth location can't just sell one shoe but the company should do right by the customer and fix their mistake. I now have driven to Portland to make the purchase, only received 1 shoe, missed my lunch break to be told there's nothing they can do for me and now have to make another trip to Portland. Clothing is cheaply made and most of the shirts I've bought over the years didn't last more than a few washes. Lots get holes in the seams and a few have gotten holes in the fabric just from going through the wash, with following the directions on the tag. Three stars because I love their jewelry, just won't buy clothing...
