Crumbl — Restaurant in Newington

Walked in at the same time as one other person and another two people. NO greeting whatsoever to any of us. I noticed the self service kiosks since the two groups headed over there and asked one of the three staff members working about cash. She said “you can order here” and started walking towards the stores employee kiosks. Then stated impolitely that “you can order yourself”, and flipped the computer screen over to my view and just walked away. If I had not been there to reward my daughter for school, I would’ve absolutely left. After paying $4.99 for the cookie, the employee gave me my change and just walked away. Said nothing.

Then another employee started to fulfill all of orders individually but keeping them all together until the end and presented them to each group. Took longer than it should have. So juxtaposed to ordering. Bizarre. We drove from downtown Portsmouth to try it here because my daughter wanted to.

The cookie was amazing but the customer service was terrible. I will skip Crumbl next time and stick to a local bakery that is more personable and less like walking into a factory with robots...

We went to the newington NH. Location On Wednesday night after dinner.. They are in front of the regal cinema. We ordered the party box. With a tip we spent about $44. Our first time trying these. The store was bright and clean. It seemed busy but there were only 4 customers before us. We were welcomed right away. Staff (10 employees) was attentive, friendly and being our first time our questions were answered immediately. Cookies looked delicious 😋. We walked backed to our car mouths watering.. with warm cookies. 🍪 and chocolate milk. We ripped apart the first chocolate chip cookie the first bite was delicious. But our next was disappointing the center was undercooked raw dough. Next was the lemon which was scrumptious. Then caramel/cinnamon which was good too. Then peppermint chocolate which was undercooked. Overall only being opened a week and after working the kinks out these will be a welcome weekly sweet treat. Good addition with stone cold ice cream next door. And Regal cinema entrance steps away. With olive garden or longhorn steak house ,movies and dessert this makes good...

The only reason they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars is because of their computer system. When you order ahead You are expecting your order to be ready for you when you get there. You pick your time, you say I am here upon arrival, and you pick the person picking it up, like most systems like this. However, I placed my order at noontime and when we got there at the scheduled time of 6: 30pm, they said they did not receive my order until 10 minutes before we got there. Not only that, but I put my boyfriend's name on it because we originally thought he was going to be the one to go in, and my name was on it. We got the last two Hot Chocolate Cookies, so if those had been sold we would not have gotten the order we ordered at noontime, which I thought was a terrible system.

For the flavors, though, so good! I loved every single flavor we picked and I definitely cannot wait to try more! We were going to a movie right after we picked up our order, so we did not eat them right away, and even heating them up a couple days later they were...
