To start, I go to this location relatively regularly, and chipotle in general regularly. I’ve gotten the whole bay leaf in my burrito before and it doesn’t bother me at all. I enjoy the flavor and portion at the price point as it can be enjoyed often twice. I will say I had the worst experience with my takeout order at this location this evening. I order the same thing every time, veggie burrito with cheese, and I honestly have never had an issue until now. At about the third mark I found a very hard inedible tiny acorn like thing in my burrito that was extreme hard. Hard to the point that if I bit down the wrong way it could have hurt. Secondly I found a decent sized piece of meat. I never order as an allergen but I do not eat meat. Not only was it a piece of meat (chicken I think) but for the only piece of meat I’ve had in my mouth since I stopped eating it, it also was extremely hard and inedible. Very unpleasant as I picked out stringy, hard chicken out of my mouth. After my experience(s) in this one burrito, I had to throw away the rest. This whole experience was disheartening and shocking as I use chipotle as an edible vegetarian option for quick food, and don’t know if I can go back to them after this. I took photos but am unable to attach them...
Read moreEdit, two years later (2024): they seem much better staffed and the young kids staffing were polite and doing their best, but it seems like this is one of the Chipotle locations where the manager has DEFINITELY drilled teeny tiny portion sizes into their heads. I've never gotten a tinier burrito in my life, and I watched in disappointment as my server carefully measured out what looked like a palmful of rice and meat each.
2022 review: No shade to the current employees because it's not their fault, but It's clear they're understaffed and suffering from it. They were running out of ingredients, trash was piling up, and the beverage station was a mess of knocked over lids, discarded straws and wrappers, and no cutlery. Plus the paper sign saying they're closing at 7 "today" that's been up for weeks.
People (including me) are going to keep going bc of the location, and so if this one skates by, it's from that and the strength of the national brand, but it's not going to win location of the year...
Read moreThis chipotle was very busy at the time we went, food is very good here. Understanding how busy it was the employees were working hard to take care of the customers quickly. *listening to the customer should still be a priority. As i ordered my 2 chicken bowls one for myself and one for my child who is a picky eater. I said i wanted salsa on my bowl not the other..... too late the employee who seemed very annoyed it was crowded. Throws salsa on my daughters bowl, (she hates salsa) then throws it on mine, not wanting to hold up the line i didn't make a big deal out of it but it is a big deal. Listen to your customers! What if a person in the party was allergic to something ? Needless to say my child barely ate the bowl because of the salsa. The person at the start of the order was very collected during the rush. The cashier was as well. I will go back but i will certainly stand my ground with my topping choices and make a big...
