Danny is an amazing, outstanding person. I purchased the LG ThinQ washer and dryer along with the LG QThinQ double door refrigerator with craft ice. I love love my purchases. I made my purchase may of 2022 and had to replace my freezer replacement kit for craft ice. I called Danny and he was very quick to respond. He 1st visit he came to check to see if the kit was repairable. He called me the next day to let me know it needed replacing. He took time out of his day to find the exact part to replace. He also sent me links to the other 2 filters in this huge frig. After I received the parts he scheduled a time shortly after to replace the parts for me with No installation fee. That is OUTSTANDING customer service. I recommend ALL of there appliances. They are honest good people that want to make sure you stay happy with your purchases. Most Appliance stores in have encountered in the past don't care about you when you walk out there door. I RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT HESITATED TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT THIS NEWMAN LOCATION. Don’t just stay away. Run as far away as possible. I really thought I was going to get what I wanted & needed here. I bought washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove & dishwasher. I even bought the additional warranties. The only thing still working is the refrigerator. The washer glass door broke first & after speaking with the sales agents / owners I was directed to the warranty. Never heard anything back from the warranty & Appliances 4 Less could not care less. At least they were kind in their disinterest & refusal to assist. Now that I’ve had these appliances for 15 months, I must start completely over with appliance purchases. $6,000 completely wasted. I was nervous at first , I had shopped at Lowe’s and Hope Depot BUT Appliances 4 Less has great LG appliances at 1/2 the cost It is scratch and dent and the pieces we picked refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave were great- you can’t find any damages on what you see. There was small dents on the back side. So great appliances for a great price. Danny the salesperson was kind, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I made sure my products still had all the packaging inside and out so I knew items were not returns. Installation went flawless except we needed a new valve for the gas stove. We had everything up and running within 3 hours. Great products at great prices! Very happy...
