Just like other customers have stated the staff lack customer service skills. The attitudes are nasty. They’re incompetent. I just recently moved here to Newnan and I’ve been to the one and only location four times each time. My order is messed up this last time they have filled up my red Beans cup and told me this is how they normally do it which is a lie because they’re the same people who messed up my order two days prior. As you can see in the picture one cup is full. This is from two days prior. You can see that it obviously has been refrigerated and then these two other cups are the ones I just got, these are not the same. After I had handed my food back to them and asked them to fill the cup up, they took my food back, went to the back, came back to the front and told me again. This is how they normally do it and refused to Fill it up and I told them that’s not true. I could have my kids send a picture of the one in the refrigerator currently that’s full to the lid. She repeated the same thing. And I told her I don’t want that. I’ll just ask for a refund as I was doing that on my app. I changed my mind and I was just fed up with the whole situation and I honked my horn to get my food back so bad I could leave and The Skinny taller, black female with The short ponytail Told the guy at the window to not open the window to ignore me. I sat there for another two minutes as he took an order, avoided eye contact with me and the black girl with the very short low-cut sit at the window family with something ignore me also eventually the black guy open the window and I said “ just please give my food back. I’m over this just give my food back so I can go. “ The fact that they all agreed to ignored me after I had already paid for my food, which makes me still a customer is insane to me. (if this issue is truly going to be addressed and looked into, please check the cameras so that you can see the female with a short ponytail telling them to ignore me) I’m good on Popeyes. I think I’ll go on a diet anyways especially if you’re gonna get ripped off every time. They need to hire people who are actually educated. Because sadly kindergarten is know how to match pictures with words matter of fact, I think they do that In pre-K also. I’m gonna be honest I feel like the half empty cup was done intentionally being that I’ve called them out on every mess up in the orders that I’ve had from them. First order I had to drive to Popeyes a total of three times, When I first initially went to pick up my order and then I had to drive back because things were missing out of my order and the fries were cold and then had to drive back a third time because when I went to go eat the chicken, nothing was correct. I ordered all dark meat and received a bunch of white meat. Second visit I learned from that mistake to check my food and before leaving the Counter I was missing at least three items and I called them out for it and they corrected it third visit. I was missing two items like I said before I learned from my mistake so I checked before leaving and they corrected it this fourth visit Like I said I feel like it was done on purpose because I have a very unique name as you can see, and they know exactly who I am when I come to the intercom and announce that I have a mobile order. Update: I want to be clear and accurate this is my experience with the evening shift ONLY I can’t speak for any other shift than the ones that are in the photos. I don’t plan on visiting Popeyes in Newnan anymore Because they robbed me the wrong way, and to be honest, their demeanor and attitudes make me fearful to be serviced by them. If I do have to for my kids sake because they love the place, I’ll take my chances with the dayshift and pray for the best. If not, I’ll drive to Peachtree City where I’ve ordered from them several times whenever I’m dropping my kids off to camp and every time I’ve never had any issues with an incorrect order let alone...
Read moreWish I could give 0 stars. My husband ordered 3- 2 piece dark meals with red beans, 2 shrimp baskets, and 1 chicken nugget basket. He said the lady at the window taking his order was very rude and told him to pull up and wait for his order, which he did. Now, I am a firm believer in checking my order before I leave because hey, we are all human, and people make mistakes, but he was in a rush to get back home to work so he didn't. Anyways, once he got back, we noticed that in all of our boxes was a breast. We had 1 box with a breast and a leg and 2 boxes with a breast and thigh. In my household, if we are choosing fried food, our family prefers dark meat. But it was severely overcooked and not even edible. The shrimp basket was more batter than shrimp. The red beans were not even half filled with a little rice and more sauce than beans. Oh and to top it off when my husband called back to speak with a manager just to let them know what they did wrong he was adamant that he should check the receipt to see what was put on there. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but what difference does it make to look at the receipt when we know what we ordered? But still, we complied, and when he went to grab the receipt from the car, the manager hung up. Seriously, no joke just hung up, mid conversation. We tried to call back thinking it was an accident because surely no one in management would treat their customers like this, but there no answer. So I guess it was not accidental. NEVER HAVE WE EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH DISRESPECT WHEN SPENDING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT A BUSINESS. DO BETTER POPEYES!! Please choose your staff wisely. If management can't fix an error in the proper way, then maybe promote someone who can. I'm just saying. Read moreI was very disappointed by my visit. First of all, I ordered 4 combos, 3 chicken sandwich combos and a 3 piece chicken combo, large on the fry and drink, because I was hungry. When I got to the window the person in the drive thru took my payment but had issues with the receipt. She worked on it, gave me my card but never gave me a receipt. She proceeds to hand me my food, but forgot my drinks. I reminded her about my beverages. She hands me 2 medium sweet teas. I told her I am missing 2 drink. She tells me that's all I ordered. I had to remind her that I had 4 combos. She starts to fix my large drink and says they are out of large cups. She asked me did I want a medium. I said sure but do I get my money back for the up charge to the large diet coke. She looks confused and asks me about the medium again. So I repeat myself. It dawns on her that I want the price difference from large to medium. She begins to talk to her coworkers and a sleeve of large cups appear. Then she begins to say she doesn't remember my order and ask for the receipt. I tell her she never gave me a receipt. This happens several times. I even explain why she didn't give me a receipt, which is because she had problems reloading the paper. She hands me a large sweet tea. The large was supposed to be a diet coke. That only 3 drink though. I reminded her that she has forgotten about my diet coke, which would be the 4th drink. She ask me for my receipt. I tell her again that she never gave me one and why. She gives me a medium regular coke. So I tell her that the only large was the diet coke not regular coke. I finally get all my drinks and leave without a receipt!
