Harbor Freight — Local services in Newnan

I stopped in here recently with my 15 year old brother in law in order to help him buy parts for a go kart I'm helping him build. After looking at the wheel options he bought some wheels at $20 a piece and we left. Being a 15 year old he didn't keep up with the receipt.

I turns out he bought the wrong wheels so I drove him here to return the still new unused wheels. Even though he had just been here and the wheels were obviously a harbor freight item the manager refused to even issue store credit as a refund. I understand store policy but we're talking about a kid trying to get store credit on merchandise that's without a doubt from them. I'm a very frequent Harbor Freight shopper (not at this location though) and I've spent a lot of money with them over the years so I'm familiar with thier policies and procedures. I've never had an issue with them returning anything ever or any other reason. Speaking with the manager didn't do anything either and she was more rude than the checkout person. It's worth the extra few bucks to buy better quality items elsewhere.

I bought a pneumatic staple gun - It misfires constantly. Dialing in the right psi to get it to half function was like playing chess against Bobby Fischer while I'm blitzed out of my mind on fentanyl.

I bought sandpaper - Then got pelted with the ceramic particles flying off of it.

I bought a protractor - which promptly fell apart the first time I tried to use it.

I bought 8" tires - Then had to go back because they wouldn't hold air. Then had to go back because the replacements wouldn't hold air. Then had to go back because the replacements for the replacements wouldn't hold air. Then went back and just got my freaking money back and bought tires at Lowes that hold air.

Every one of these items were purchased in the same trip. This isn't me going in multiple times and not learning my lesson. I bought all of these items TOGETHER.

I will never spend another dime at Harbor Freight. You're not saving money if everything is...

First of all I went in there to buy a floor jack or my automobile I downloaded an app instantly sent me a 20% off coupon no stipulation whatsoever written on the coupon you get up there to ring me up it was $79 and she refused to take good for anything but floor jacks of course that's all I thought was 79 plus tax so when I get home I find Ann Arbor Freight pamphlet on the kitchen counter and there is a 20% off coupon so I took the coupon up there to see if they would give me 20% off what I paid last night they would so I get a refund hello I did not want the jack it wasn't the right size taking a refund and turn around and buy the same Jack which was on sale in the paper there is a 20% off coupon she would not take that I will never shop at Harbor...
