Absolutely a wonderful experience. Was able to get the ring my fiancé wanted , and Trinity , who was our sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The owner of the store was present which is comforting, since whatever happens in this store is a direct reflection on her, and having her there left me with a level of confidence that made the entire experience all the more pleasant. Ring was delivered as promised, looked wonderful, and Trinity gave me an extra box which was very befitting a ring of this statute. From start to finish this was a great experience, and I will never use another Jeweler again. Trinity was able to get me a video mock up from her technicians which put several bands with the ring so we could get a good feel for each combination. Pricing was very fair compared with several other avenues I explored, but when you figure in the quality of service and presentation in the end I received , the price was well well worth everything we received. From the first phone call with Amy and the team I was given a sense of comfort and confidence that I would find the diamond I’ve been searching for about a year.

I had explained my journey in looking for this diamond I’ve had my eye on. Thankfully I knew the criteria of what my lady likes.

I gave Amy and the team a an IGA cert, which I thought was thee one! As soon as she saw what I was looking she found something remarkable and was still in my budget!

Once the diamond came in Amy and her associate Jeff, not only wanted to show me some similar diamonds, they were educating me with every single one.
