My husband and I went shopping on Balboa island, yesterday. We entered Sunny Days clothing boutique. It was super cute and I immediately found an item that I wanted to purchase. There were two 60ish Caucasian women working, they did not speak to us! We were not dressed shabbily, or even overly relaxed. NEITHER of them spoke to us. Did I mention my husband is Hispanic and I am Caucasian? There were no other clients in the store. I walked around with a shirt in hand, for over 5 minutes! While I was looking, two middle aged Caucasian women walked entered the store and they hovered over them. Sadly, I put the shirt back on the rack and happily went to Crush boutique, where the sales lady was lovely and helpful, and we purchased a half a dozen items! Then off to, two other boutiques!
