All I can say is if you are in need of any issues regarding your lawn, Biolawn is the company you need to call! For the last few years we have been using Biolawn for our lawn maintenance needs and they have knocked it out of the park! Josh has literally turned our lawn, that was literally the Charlie Brown Christmas tree version of lawns, and turned it into a lawn that is full, green, and has every single neighbor asking, who got our lawn looking like a million dollars?!?!?

It gets better! Biolawn isn't just a lawn service, but also Biohome service! Josh & Todd came out today to do the duct cleaning in our home. I know, I know, that duct cleaning thing is just a scam, and I totally agreed with you until today! Josh has brought up duct cleaning to us for a couple of years now and has never once been pushy with the service, but actually informed us as to the benefits of having your ducts properly cleaned. Well, Josh again this last Fall mentioned the duct cleaning benefits and I told him I would think about it. Biolawn/Biohome was having a sale on duct cleaning and I decided to take Josh up on the sale offer after he gave me call to tell me about it. All I have to say is...PROPER DUCT CLEANING IS NOT A SCAM!!! OMG you should have seen that nasty dust, pet hair, things the kids put down the vents to hide things when they were younger, etc. that came out of the vents and ducts in our home! I am now a true believer in getting your ducts cleaned. My wife has severe allergies and asthma and that was the major reason why I decided to have Josh do the duct cleaning and I am glad I did!

Josh, thank you so much for all of your hard work and full dedication and truly caring and taking care of your customers! Biolawn/Biohome, you guys are simply the best and there are not enough good things I can say about you! Thank you for everything from the lawn care to ridding my house of the piles of dust and nastiness that builds up in the ducts of a persons home! New customer to biolawn this year. My expectations so far have not been met. Bought the fertilizer and weed control package. My assumption is they spray for weed control BEFORE it's a major problem but I've been told over multiple calls my area is not yet scheduled for the broad leaf control (dandelions and creeping charlie). So basically they'll address the issue after it happens. I figured lawn services get ahead of issues before they happen so you have a nice looking lawn. I'm willing to adjust my rating should this get resolved but so far, my lawn and i are not happy and I've been told they'll be out at some unknown time in the future for the next application. Seems from the pictures the time is now, or actually the time was a few weeks ago so these problems wouldn't be so out of control.

Edit. Spoke to manager Dennis today who was very receptive to my concerns and assured me the experience I've had is not as intended. They'll be out in the next day or two which I think is responsive customer service. He also provided insight into how their weed control works versus my expectation which was great to learn, could have been better to know beforehand. Ultimately time will tell, but I've adjusted up one star at the moment for good customer service from the manager Dennis. I'll plan to post follow pictures a couple of weeks after the treatment so the results can be appreciated.

New edit. It's been a couple weeks and the lawn is looking better. I've cut it a couple of times and as you can see in the pictures the weeds are dying. I can't hold biolawn accountable for the quality of my lawn, minus the weeds, during the first season of using them, and would have been nice to have no weeds to start, but definitely it appears the products used work well. No problems for my dog. I'll be curious to see what the next month or so brings. Increased review another star and added a few pictures of the progress.

Final edit. After some time my lawn is looking good and the creeping charlie issue is gone. No dandelions are reappearing.
