Newport Smoke Shop — Local services in Newport

I called ahead to see if they had an atomizer/chamber for my puffco. They said they did. My boyfriend ran into the shop to buy it, but unfortunately we didn’t notice we were sold the something we didn’t ask for. We didn’t notice until we drove 30 minutes back home. The product they originally sold us was for an old version of the peak that isn’t even being sold anymore, mind you they sell the new version puffco peak I have but apparently not the replacement 3d chamber for them. Called them the next day to explain the situation and the guy I spoke with said they had the correct one in stock and that I could come exchange it. I drove 30 minutes back out only to find they actually didn’t have what I needed. They only had the peak pro chambers. I showed the employee what I was looking for on the puffco website and he told me they could order it and it should only take 3-5 days. I waited over two weeks before they got it in stock. When I drove back out for the 3rd time the owner charged my $36 EXTRA when we already paid $50. They had me pay $86 when peak 3d chamber is only $60. He way over charged me, but I wasn’t going to argue with him at this point. The day I got that new chamber my puffco has been acting up and now it won’t work at all. You sold me a janky chamber way overpriced, wasted a lot of my gas and time, and now my puffco is broken due to your faulty product you sold me. I’m so disappointed in everyone these days. Went to this smoke shop ever since its grand opening and they have always been nice to me and have very friendly staff but yesterday, I bought a vape product that was bad and asked them if I can exchange the disposable vape product which they always do but this time, they didn't. I told them the issue of the product and all they told me is to blow it very light to fix the issue. Literally within 4 hours my disposable vape dies and can't turn back on. Waste of $35.
