I'm in the area visiting family from a very health-focused town. I have multiple food allergies and preferences. I stopped into the shop and was really impressed. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable on their products as well as my allergies. They knew where all the produce, meat and eggs come from and they have personal relationships with many of their venders. They are family-owned and operated for over 20 years. They are a real healthy gem in a sea of fast food and chemicals. I hassled the employees with many, many questions, which were all answered with patience and understanding. The prepared foods were excellent, SUPER delicious, organic and even featured raw vegan options with plenty of gluten-free foods. I had the sniffles and was told what foods and herbs would keep me healthy during a brutal flu season. I was able to make an appointment for a facial and a massage at the attached spa. First time I've visited, went for one thing and left with 5. Very helpful, answered my questions, looked up products for me. The beet juice, celtic sea salt, are very good. The ginger beer was perfect. Great selection, courteous and informative employees, outstanding service and products, prices I thought were reasonable. I will definitely return for the beet juice and ginger beer. And probably other things when there's more time.
