MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A DISASTER

I brought in 2 xbox one controllers one white one black both were supposed to get an analog stick replacement and a deep clean because some of the buttons and triggers were sticking. They had my controllers for over a month and i had heard nothing from them so i called and was told they are on the bench ready to he worked on as soon as the tech came back so i waited 2 more weeks and nothing so i called again and was told the exact same thing so i waited another week i think and then called and was told the same thing again so i asked to talk to the owner and was told my controllers just slipped thru the cracks and he would take care of them himself if he had to and would be calling me soon and he did but when i went to pick them up the buttons were still sticky so i was told to come back the next day to pick them up and they would be ready so i did and they felt decent so i paid and took them home but when i got home realized one  of the silver tabs that hold the battery's was missing in the white controller and it wouldnt power on so i had to go back a 3rd time so he could fix it  and then when i got home i realized that they didnt replace the analog sticks on the black controller like they said they did and like i asked im sure they would if i called back but its just not worth the headache im just simply done with them no one knows whats going on at this place there is zero communication between the employees or to the customer and i am very unhappy with the service i was provided the owner was nice and polite he did give me a 50% discount and a free set of batteries so ill give them that but honestly even that was too much it should have been free for all the hassle they caused me and the unfinished service i very much regret using them And would NOT recommend them for any repairs to...

The first half of my day was an absolute nightmare, but it ended very pleasantly, Thanks to this company and their employees. They went above and beyond to help me out. Any and all electronic business that I have will be taken to them from this day forward. Just in the short five hours since I left there, I have informed my mother, father, aunt, cousin, son, and my brother about their excellent work and pleasant Personalities. It's very refreshing to see that people like this still exist in a world with conglomerate corporations running small businesses out of town. Calling them and having them answer directly and knowing who i'm speaking with instead of a machine giving me options is a rarity. Thank you...

I called and spoke with Arck Electronics about repairing the back lights in My 50" gaming TV. They said they would be happy to take a look at it and to bring it in the following business day. I arrived early during business hours with the TV. No one was around and the door was locked. I called and left a message with no response. Ironically, I have called them in the past about different work and they either dont call you back or just straight up ghost you. Its difficult to support this local business when they offer very poor...
