I enjoy writing reviews, but rarely am I as excited as I am to write about my amazing experience with Alex and Co. I am in my 30s and prefer to do much of my shopping, whether it is clothing, electronics or basic necessities, online. I was tempted to look for an engagement ring online as I was convinced I could find a better deal and have it be more convenient than having to go from store to store. But nonetheless, I wanted to have an idea of what I was buying and my girlfriend wanted to see what options looked like. We went to maybe 3 or 4 stores and then she found Alex and Co on Instagram and we instantly did not regret it. Alex was patient, informative and really cared about finding the right ring and made my girlfriend and I feel like we were in good hands. Their showroom is very impressive and they have an amazing variety of settings and even more diamonds. And if you can't find the diamond you want, Alex WILL find it for you.

And while I am on the topic... many 20 somethings and 30 somethings may be tempted to buy online. Please trust me that it really is not worth it. There are a lot of bluff diamonds and clarity enhanced diamonds out there that you feel you're getting an amazing deal on. Once you see them in person, they look terrible. I really have to say that despite my natural tendencies to buy everything online, it is really worth going to a reputable jeweler who has GIA certified diamonds and a jeweler who will never steer you to a poor quality diamond.

After our first consultation, I came back 3 more times alone as I wanted to be sure I had all the information I possibly could. Each time Alex was patient, informative and most importantly, remembered what my girlfriend liked and remembered her reaction to each piece he showed her and reminded me of that.

I am very happy with the overall experience and I cannot wait to propose to my girlfriend with this ring. My fiance routinely gets compliments on her sparkling ring, and in fact it was recognized by a woman on a train who happened to be looking at an ad in a magazine that featured the ring.
