Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Newton

I called over a month ago to order a tiered cake for my daughter. At the time the employee I spoke with said I could wait to order it the week it was needed. Fast forward to the week I need it and I am told they are not fulfilling an additional deliveries. Not only was this disappointing, but having Allison (employee of this location) openly laugh at me when she was aware I was upset about not being able to send my daughter, who is spending her birthday at school in Boston, the cake. When I asked why she thought this was funny she changed her tone to an over exaggerated happy tone mocking the situation even more. Unhelpful and flat out rude.

Good news is if you're wanting a Bundt cake call the Burlington location. An extremely helpful, kind guy at this location happily...

I dont understand what this is supposed to be. They only make Bundt cakes, which cost about $80 for a large cake, so you would expect them to be extremely delicious, but they are not delicious The bundt cakes from market basket taste better, for only about $4. I literally took one bite and threw the rest out.

Remarkably, the place is still in business and people actually go there. I guess a lot of people like products that look good but aren't actually good. As I stated, the bundt cakes at market basket taste much better at 1/10 the price.

Go figure. This is the superficial society we live in, I guess.

Been here once to redeem a coupon for a bundlet. The inside of the place was pleasing to look at, the display had a good variety of bundts to choose from, and the staff were kind. As with any baked good the bundt tasted sweet, especially with the frosting on top. I did get a present from my department manager once last year from this place which was two bundlets. I didn't get a chance to have any of them as I was trying to lose weight at the time, so I gave one to a friend, and was going to save the other for later when lo and behold a certain other manager of mine swooped in and like he always does when there is food around asked if he could have my other bundlet.
