Woman was rude and wouldn't listen to us. We messed our game up by clicking the changing experience thing without realizing it'd clear our game (that was our fault) as a result our game ended before round 9. We paid for a 2nd game and asked her to reset it so we'd be able to play a full game. She insisted we'd be able to finish it then play a full other game. Then she later came and told us we'd only be able to play until it said it was over which isn't what she said before. Essentially to finish the last two rounds of our 2nd game we'd have to pay for a 3rd game we'd also be unable to finish.

We'd thought this was the case which is why we'd asked her to reset the lane when we bought the 2nd game, but she's the one who refused. We won't be...

I want to give a HUGE thank you to the staff at Cardinal Lanes! We had our sons birthday party on the 15th and they were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We had a pretty big group of kiddos (more than we were expecting) and some adults wanted to bowl as well, and without hesitation when asked if we could have the lane next to us they made it happen. They provided us with a knife for the cake and even set up another table next to us. All of the kids and adults had such a great time. Best bowling alley i've ever been to. Rolled in a tourney with some buddies and didn't know what to expect. The lane set up is perfect. Don't feel cramped like some houses. Also the lanes were even and fair which doesn't always happen. Ball returns were fast. The pins were ready before I could pick up my ball from the return on the FIRST shot. Any issues the staff got to the back in a hurry. Good beer specials and a really friendly staff. Wish this was my house league because I'd be there 5...
