Subway — Restaurant in Newton

A month ago or so I happened to be in the store when a couple came in to order there sandwiches I had heard them say that someone outside of the restaurant had been yelling at them and I heard the lady say if that person comes in she was going to leave mentioned by Subways employees... These customers were really upset.they started there order and a woman came out front and started yelling at them so I put two and two together to realize that's who had harrassmened them. The woman said she was the manager and then told this couple they weren't allowed in there and was told to leave and don't come back.it was very rude .. come to find out the lady yelling at them was the store manager. I didn't know what to do besides get my order and never come back to this restaurant again. You know it use to be customer service was number 1 and oviously that wasn't the case here. I couldn't believe I had witnessed what I did and it still bothers me today and how bad I felt for the customers who just came there for food.. Subway here in Newton il never go back this situation didn't have to happen and not only the couple who got yelled the other customers heard it to. It didn't have to deal it me but the way the manager acted she was so outraged that she couldve jumped over the counter and actually hurt someone.. people need to learn how to handle different situation not knowing what happened outside that made the manager come back into the store and cause a scene... I will never ever go to this store again. If I was the couple I would have lost it on her and i would've called corporate and had her fired which I'm not saying I just might do. We were in this town for a football game and stopped at the gas station next door to get something to drink went over to the subway, ordered a chicken salad wrap. To my surprise that was tasty considering its just chicken and the mayonnaise mixed in a paper bowl and put into the wrap. The main reason I went in there in order A sandwich was for my service dog so that she could have some CHICKEN. Upon checking out I asked if they had a paper bowl so that way I could put water in it for my dog. I was then told that I could have the bowl as long as I paid for it. The price of the paper bowl would be as if it was full of ingredients which is $7.98. FOR just A paper bowl.... I thought I was being punked. The girl told me "they take inventory" however the bowl used to mix my chicken with mayonnaise in just got thrown away and I didn't see her count it and I didn't get charged $7 for it either... so I'm confused maybe she just don't like...

Ordered online to prevent contact with people as they offer. Order was ready at about 6:45. Showed up around 6:40 and waited 10 minutes until someone finally came to the window. Lady handed the bag over and stated everything was in the bag. I should of checked but considering it was a first time eating there it would of been okay. The pizza I had ordered was cold as if someone had cooked it and then left it out for an hour. The cold cut combo was warmer then my pizza and it wasn’t toasted.
