Overall a pretty disappointing and flat experience. My partner and I ordered our wedding rings with Pageo after seeing their great reviews - our initial visit seemed promising. We picked our rings and were quoted they’d arrive in one week.
We heard nothing for two weeks so took the initiative to call them and were promised a call back while they looked into it. We didn’t hear anything back, so called them again a few days later - again were promised a call back. Pageo never took the initiative on our order, the responsibility always fell on us each day to chase our order and call them first - at least four times. Our rings ended up taking 4 weeks to arrive.
On pick-up, our rings felt different to what we ordered due to sizing customizations. This was manageable, but we feel should have really been explained to us during our first visit when making our choice.
Honestly we expected them to offer some kind of small discount on our order given the massive delay and poor communication as a gesture of good will, but they didn’t offer anything except an apology (after pushed for one).
Overall the level of service we received was not at all reflective of the amount of money we spent - this was an important purchase for us and we seemed to fall through the cracks. We like our rings but wouldn’t recommend them to others unfortunately.
UPDATE: Editing this to four stars as Diane reached out and provided some great customer service after this experience - they resized my husband's wedding ring fast when needed, and she got in touch by email to talk to me about our initial experience - much appreciated,...
Read moreThere used to be a Google review of Pageo by a woman with the same experience as mine, but it's mysteriously vanished. So here's my experience of neglect and unprofessionalism, in contrast to another local jeweler:
I left my jewelry with Samantha on February 7. I called on February 26, because I hadn't heard anything back. They texted that they'd have an estimate from the jeweler within the week. No communication after my follow up so I texted March 4. Reply text was on March 6, an estimate ($2675) without any pictures or drawings or specific dimensions of what I'd be receiving. On that day I picked up my jewelry from Pageo and walked to Talori Jewelers on Union Street, where the owner went over everything in a lot of detail, measured my gems and brought out catalogs of earring parts, had me try on earrings with the diamond pave lever back closure I wanted and counted out chain links for the drop length, and gave me an immediate estimate that was 45% lower than the estimate from Pageo ($1475). This was followed up 2 days later with the actual components for me to come look at in person for final approval. I had my finished earrings, exactly to my specifications, 4 weeks after my visit to Talori Jewelers.

Read moreI had a tremendous experience with Pageo, especially with Diane & Georgia. Like usual I procrastinated and waited very close to New Years the day I wanted to propose and Pageo provided the best quality diamond as well as the best prices. They got the ring back to me in about 3 days which was unbelievable. I went to 8-12 other jewelers around the Boston area as well as the Greater Boston area and Pageo was by far the best.
My fiance was over the moon about her ring. Pageo got everything perfect from the ring to the band to the prong. I went into the process not knowing very much about diamonds but with Pageo as well as my sisters help, I feel like an expert. The 3 C's, GIA Certificate, Polish, Symmetry, Fluorescence, etc.
I highly recommend heading to Pageo if you are looking for any piece of Jewelry especially if you are a lost cause male attempting to buy your first piece of jewelry. They'll show you the ropes so you can impress your significant...
