I'm so disappointed to have to change my review from a 5-star to a 1-star. For three days straight, I have tried to contact Baan Thai to modify my reservation, calling and leaving messages, and even using the booking app, but I haven't heard back.

After all of my attempts, I finally called again today, completely frustrated, and LEFT ANOTHER VOICEMAIL asking to cancel my booking and receive a callback.
