Do NOT go here, at the start a nice woman at the counter was very helpful with adding a link to a watch of mine, however once it was completed (for 25$!) I immediately noticed large scratches along the bezel that had not been there prior. Upon bringing this to the attention of a middle aged man working there, asking if it was possible the watch fell in its face. He denied this a possibility whatsoever, which made no sense as anything can happen when a watch is being handled. Instead of trying to resolve this or accept any possible responsibility he became aggressive saying that since the watch had been worn prior there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay them more to have the watch polished if I wanted them to be removed. I tried to replace the battery in my beloved Skagan watch, all went well until the last step. I could not get the waterproof steel back to click shut no matter how I tried , even with help from "experts" on Youtube and much of my time of failure. Mark took me in right away with his expertise and sophisticated watchback press tool. He fixed it in about 5 minutes-max and with great pleasure and justified pride and a modest fair price.
