I recently had a Platinum Hydrafacial at Synergy Beauty, in Newtown, CT. From the minute I booked online, I noticed how easy and accommodating they were. The location is convenient, and such a cute treatment space! Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful. She explained each step, and listened to any concerns I had regarding my skin. The Hydrafacial felt amazing, and my skin has been so smooth and radiant since. I have definitely noticed a difference. I was able to easily make payment online as well. I went to Tyler to get Dysport for my forehead and between the brows. Throughout the whole process Tyler was attentive to my concerns and what I was looking to achieve! She is so nice and knowledgeable on all her products I can't say enough positive things about Synergy Beauty and the experience I received! 2 weeks post injection Tyler checked in to see how results were going and there were a couple areas I wanted to touch up. She was so quick to respond and touch up the areas I was interested in! I can't even begin to say how much I LOVE my results and happy I am with the service I received at Synergy Beauty! This is my first time getting a hydra facial and I love the results. Tyler is really knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. This is the medical in medical spa I was missing! More often in other medical spas, they'd leave out the process and just kinda gloss over things. Tyler makes the process so you are comfortable and understand the procedure.
