Bad service of the representative and the people that work there, I am student there And I feel that I don't have anybody to speak with,

THE REPRESENTATIVE ARE DOING ALOT OF MISTAKES THAT COST STUDENTS TIME AND MONEY. nobody really knows what is going on.

And my story is:

I WANTED TO MOVE FROM SOLEX COLLEGE AND to START WITH BUSINESS ENGLISH ( Bad decision ! don't do it ), THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT SUPPOSE TO HELP AND ADVICE THE STUDENTS TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO FIND a job it is requirement for the program I waste a lot of time and money And found good job, I paid and sign all the papers and Week before she called me and told me that I must have 60 week of study in order to star the program!!!!!!!!! I was completely shocked AND IF SHE WAS DOING HER JOB GOOD LIKE SHE SUPPOSE TO BE SHE FIND THIS BEFORE AND I WAS COMPLETE THIS 2 WEEKS IN THE PERVIOUS COLLEGE AND NOT WASTE MY TIME.

I wanted to fill complaint about her and I set up appointment with the director, I didn't came because I was Frustrated so much I i felt that nobody Is there for the students, And guess what??? Nobody call me or tried to help me.

Today I set up appointment for the registration(It is the last day to register) And I was waiting 45 minutes after the representative told me that I must to register from my home , I must to find the email they sent to me and there is no other way to do it. Can you believe that?!? THEY OPEN STUDENTS EMAIL AND FORCES US TO USE THEM AND WE CAN REGISTER IN THE CAMPUS.

SO THE ADVISER TOLD ME THAT I IF I WILL NOT PAY TODAY IT WILL BE LATE FEE, BUT I MUST TO PAY TODAY AND I CAN REGISTER IN THE NEXT DAYS, WHEN I PAID IN THE FRONT DEST THE OFFICE MANGER WHICH WORKS THERE TOLD ME THAT IS NOT TRUE AND IF I EVEN WILL PAY TODAY AND REGISTER TOMORROW I WILL PAY LATE FEE

There Is lab classes in which the students sitting in Youtube, social media and stuff like that... nobody is sitting or helping the students.

The Teachers are boring Except Joe ! He Is Awesome.

THE WORKERS AND CHANGED THERE EVERY WEEK AND YOU FEEL LIKE YOU DONT HAVE ANYBODY TO SPEAK WITH + MOST OF THE ADVISOR HAVE BAD ENGLISH WITH ACCENT SO IF MAKES IT HARDER.

The location I went to in Elgin was garbage. I went for my Comptia A+ and there was a particular instructor there that wasted everyone's time there by reliving his glory days of the 90's. Had nothing to do with the current environment, yet he would spend hours distracting everyone from their computer studies with his chatter so you couldn't even concentrate on studying for the test. You were also required to attend his "Lectures." So glad they closed that location down. The only thing I wish, is that I could get an entire refund. You spent like 2K to listen to some guy prattle on about the 90's and crawling under computers, but the certification itself was like $400, for both part A&B. This person was supposed to somehow help you pass the test! They are also listed under the Sweet vs. Cardona lawsuit as one of the schools that was being sued for promising things to students that they couldn't possibly deliver. I urge you to look this up by Googling the "Sweet vs. Cardona" lawsuit to see the list of schools that are mentioned that should be discharging your loan due to Borrower...
