I have experienced several incidents with this specific target. There is a Caucasian lady with short blonde hair who shops the pick up orders who has either jumped in front of me with her cart or almost knocked me down trying to get past me. The problem is she never says excuse me or apologizes for almost knocking me down. Same thing with a Caucasian blonde haired man, he almost knocked me down with his cart instead of saying excuse me or apologizing. I waited in the tech department for almost 25 minutes trying to get a pair of headphones. I saw that the woman working in tech was helping another customer so i patiently waited even though she never acknowledged my presence or said she would be with me in a minute. After she had been with customer for about 10 minutes and was about to ring her out, I asked was there anybody else working in tech and she said no she will help me once she’s finished. Which I understood she was the only one working and the customer she was with needed a lot of help, so it took about 10 more minutes. Once she finished she then took another person before me, that she spent 5 more minutes with. This is what really upset me because she should’ve told him he had to wait because I was there first. Another incident with a Caucasian male, I went up to the him and informed him I had a shipt order, he didn’t say anything. He just checked the order and left. He didn’t say hi or have a good day, he literally didn’t say one word to me. This was not my only incident with him as well. I absolutely love target so much so I have a credit and debit card with them. I have even been employed by Target three years ago, so I know the standards they set among their employees. These incidents have made me extremely uncomfortable shopping here at this target. I hate to say I’ve been treated this way because I am a black woman but I am 100% positive it is. I have called customer service to inform them of all these incidents and have a case number. I will not let this go and hopefully Target can help there team members learn mannerisms and how to treat every person no matter the color of their skin...
Read moreIf i could give it a zero rating i would. Worst experience. My husband an i went into this target to grab a few things and he always checks out the Pokémon trading cards which he collects as a hobby since he was young. Before we could even do a self check out we were approached by an employee and store security a little behind him and was letting us know we can only buy two packs per transaction and i said to him well we are two people cant we do two transactions because we are two people. He said yes that was fine and we did so. During this whole process i asked the employee why is this a "policy" he said because to stop people from buying in bulk and to make it fair for other customers to buy. I was like ok i understand but it is completely stocked and full that makes no sense and there is no sign and before he can answer their security was standing there the whole time and answered yes there is a sign. I got frustrated and said to their security im sorry i wasnt talking to you i was speaking to him and why are you standing there? Honestly, these "security" need to do a better job than harrassing people who are just trying to do a simple check out. It is normal to get frustrated when approached by someone who was clearly watching us to see how many we grabbed. Now thats bizarre to be watching people. I have a right to be frustrated when approached by no reason. This is why we never feel comfortable shopping there because how we are treated by them you make people feel uncomfortable. We dont need you standing there looking and starring at us to cause a bigger conflict. Do better at your job. Also, if the sign they were reguarding to is the only papaer printed one by the baseball cards? And his attention was on the Pokémon cards, so maybe making it more visible would be better...

Update #2: So nice. Target delivers items Walmart won't & has better prices for generic canned veggies. Cheerios box caved in, ripped through plastic bag exposing food. Britanny in customer service informed of this & previous problem. Issued replacement & gift certificate. Only 2 day for replacement order to my house!! Easy to navigate menu for customer service, no long wait.
Update: Got a delivery from UPS shipped from Indianapolis. Ripped cheap 32 ECT box easily torn. Large hole on the side, torn top. It's supposed to come from Target not be a Target. Air pillows prevented stuff from falling out. Nothing damaged but that's not the point. Target or tar-zhay has been a great place for household items. Food, small appliances, paper goods, office supplies, bath supplies for years. Things like dust-busters, bath towels, paper towels. They also have undergarments reasonably priced. My maniac friend loved scarves that flowed and fun costume jewelry. Came here when she felt the impulse. Still does. Of course the security breach in 2004 dampened my enthusiasm for a while. There's always cash. This has always been my favorite Target. Huge lot. Well-lit. Folks for where something is information, fine once I find them. People in electronics, adequate. I used to get sale DVDS in front of check-outs, which are sometimes slow. The new construction with separate food entrance echoes the Super-Walmart design. Not always great prices on everything. Great sale prices. Grab...
