Starbucks — Restaurant in Niles Township

i ordered a coffee with steamed half & Half. i got the coffee right away but had to wait more than 10 minutes for my steamed milk and when i politely told this new employee and this disrespectful tall guy that i'm in a hurry, they both replied with an attitude telling me to wait still. Wait for what? it takes 10 seconds. Now my coffee is cold so i just asked for a refund and left. right after the new management took over in late April of 2023 and some of the previous employees left there Everything changed to the worst at this location!! . IMHO The new management including a few employees there need to find another job that doesn't require good...

Very poor service, Actually if one got service it could have been rated. But since I can't rate it a zero, a one it will have to be. When there are two staff ignoring one client waiting to place an order for at least five minutes; well, your coffee is not that great. More important to talk to each other - and this was at 19:40, so not close to closing time.

My recommendation to Starbucks - get rid of your disinterested staff at the Starbucks in Target, they are doing more damage to your brand than you think. Get people in that want to serve...

Went to change my coins at the coinstar, got my receipt and I chose to have a starbuck gift card, I went with the receipt to the starbuck store, they had no idea how to give me my gift card saying they never saw something like this before.
