DG Market — Local services in Niles

Mike. I came into the store to purchase a few grocery items and I needed help finding some things. The gentleman working in the freezer section helped me with everything I was looking for and was very nice about it. When I went to check out, the cashier line that was open was starting to get busy so Mike opened his register. The customer before me was handicapped and in a wheelchair. That customer was by himself and Mike offered to assist the gentleman with his bags. He helped the man get the bags situated on his electric wheelchair. That was totally awesome! You don't see customer service like that these days. Mike and I struck up a nice conversation in the time he was ringing out my order. I purchased four six packs of diet dr. Pepper. When I went to drink one it tasted funny and the products were expired. When I called the store to let them know I was returning the items Mike had answered the phone. He apologized and told me to bring them back in and he would fix it. I went today after work to return the pop and asked for Mike. He again apologized several times for the inconvenience, got me four new six packs, and carried them out to my car for me. Mike definitely deserves...

First time shopping @ this location. It was nice, but definitely less than I expected. Yes, the fresh produce & frozen selections were pretty nice. Idk I reckon I expected there to be way more other food products. Other than that imo it compared to wal-mart when it came to checking out @ the registers. There was like 5/6 registers & only 1 cashier. The cashier did call for 1 back up cashier but there were already like @ least 20 ppl in line. I just feel like she needed to call for @ least 2 more cashiers. Except for those 2 concerns I had an overall pretty good experience. Probably go out of my way to shop...

I love this place. I wish we had one of these in my town. I thought when I saw the sign that my eyes were playing tricks on me. Then my husband and I went in, YES people they have produce, herbs, you know things that you normally can't buy in most of there stores. Who ever thought of making it a grocery store and not gust a convenient store should get a huge raise!!!!. And the isles aren't crammed together like most DG's. That's what I really hate about my DG. This market is handicapped friendly. The only thing they need to work on here is the parking lot,...
