I cannot say enough good things about Haven Mercantile. Adam and Allison are amazing, and will go the extra mile to get you gorgeous furniture at a great price, and their customer service is top-notch! I ordered a chair from them. It was personally delivered by Adam. When it developed a squeak in the seat after a few weeks, they replaced it for me. When the new chair developed the same squeak, they had a furniture repairman come out to my house and fix it. It's squeak-free and the most gorgeous, comfy chair! When my friend was in the market for a sectional, Allison got the pertinent info from me and created an incredible, personalized "look book" of sectionals for him to choose from, complete with info on customizing each one to the right size. They even let him take home a throw pillow from the store so that he could see the color in his own living room! They got my friend the perfect sectional at the best price in town (we checked 3 other stores, and Haven beat all of their prices!), and had it delivered super quickly. He loves it! Haven Mercantile sits beautifully on Main St. in Downtown Nixa, MO. Their furniture selection is immense, however, as soon as you walk in, you’ll find that it’s much more than just a furniture store; it’s an experience. It’s been carefully curated with unique artwork from local artists, fun seasonal decor, wood work from locals, and lovely glassware; all this amongst a variety of other items that would fit perfectly in your home. I was lucky enough to run into the owner while i was there. He’s been in the furniture business for decades and had a vast knowledge of the industry. I believe he mentioned that his father had a career in furniture too. You could tell he’s been steeped in that world. Their level of customer service was unmatched. We left very happy. Their beautiful and unique showroom in downtown Nixa and genuine, no-pressure customer service is backed by decades of experience in the business, and what you can tell is a true passion for design. After visiting all the usual home furniture stores around SGF/Nixa/Ozark and finding the same pieces again and again...
