Uptown Hog — Restaurant in Missouri

We went to the 14 Mill Market for an early dinner. Uptown Hog had a Wednesday special- 1/2 smoked chicken for five bucks! We had ordered from another place at the market but we were disappointed. Then we saw the smoked chicken special. We got the last two and they were AMAZING!!!! If only we had started with the Uptown Hog!!!! Their menu looks so good!!! Great food. Ribs in particular were excellent. Service great also - got a to go order and when we got back to the campground (1 min away) realized the ribs we’d ordered were missing. Went back to pick them up and the guy who runs the place was super apologetic, he had the ribs bagged up but didn’t have a way to contact us. He gave us an entire tray of delicious cinnamon rolls to make up for it. Wasn’t a big deal, he didn’t have to do that, but he insisted we take them. Would eat here...

Had them cater my son's wedding!! The brisket was perfection, tender, juicy, packed with flavor. The turkey was so smokey and moist, amazing! The sides were mac n chz and green beans. They were gone in record time. You know they know what they are doing when the sides are on the 2nd helping plate as well.
