I have a service dog and i was kicked out. The manager of this Kroger made me leave because I did not have a certification for him and that I would not reveal what my disability was. It is illegal in Indiana to demand documentation and to ask what someoneâs disability is. She told me to wait at customer service. I waited there, then she called the police and tried to tell them i was refusing to leave. I immediately went outside and was visibly upset. The manager came out and stated that I was being âridiculousâ and I needed to âstop putting on a showâ. The police were called and after they talked to her and revealed the laws, The manager then said I wasnât allowed in because it was a private establishment and she could choose who can and cannot be in the store.
This is against the ADA, is discriminatory and is illegal. This Kroger is not accommodating to persons with disabilities.
My service dog was nothing but compliant during the entire encounter and continued doing his...
Read moreHave had many good and many poor experiences here. Seems their click list employees picking items at this location are hit and mostly miss, as I frequently have to go inside about 15 minutes before my pickup time and pickup the items they said were not available or were out of stock...even though they werenât. This service does save me some time, but certainly doesnât prevent me from having to go into the store - which may be the stores motive for âbeing out of stockâ? Over a 12 month period, I would estimate about 10% of items truly were unavailable. Im in and out of the store frequently for odds and ends but it would be nice if when placing a larger order ahead of time, if I didnât feel as if I had to go in to pick up broccoli, deli meat, or pork chops that they seem to always have boatloads of every time Iâm in there - and am able to find 15 minutes prior to picking up my order. It happens too frequently to just be a coincidence. I do like Kroger, but there are...

Maintainance - I go to this location usually once a week on my way home from work. The primary nature of my visits is to fill up my 5 gallon jug for the week. Literally about 50% of the time I go there, the water machine isn't working, therefore wasting my time. Plus, I've never seen a sign stating that the machine isn't working like the other Kroger stores have done. Obviously, there are other options (like spend more on two brand new 2.5 gallon jugs), but I should not have to do that nor should myself or someone else have to drive clear to another location). Like I said, this is the nature of my visit primarily. On behalf of myself and others, could someone please stay on top of whatever the problem is over there. This has been a problem for awhile now. It has just gotten worse lately. I have even called before about this. This store isn't alone, but it has become the...
