Came in the other night with some clothes, jewelry, etc. I was the only one in there and waited for A WHILE as the (who seemed to be) manager was chatting with the buyer and playing with the items I brought in. I completely understand chatting with eachother during the process, but they weren't going through anything at the time.. and this lasted for quite a bit. I also brought in a new piece of jewelry, which was still in the nicely wrapped bag/box that it was bought in. Instead of putting the bag nicely back on the basket like it was, she crammed it in the side of the basket which caused the bag to rip and such. While it is just a bag, it was brought in completely undamaged. The employee who did this knows she crammed it into the side of the basket because she took her sweet time doing so and made a comment to the other employee about this. Like many of the other people I took 2 bins in yesterday of mostly brand new boutique clothing, some target and Amazon, several pairs of brand new golden goose dupes and a few pieces from urban outfitters. They didn’t seem to actually go through my things and told me they weren’t in style right now or were “too worn” the only items they actually bought were items I had worn. From Amazon and target they offered me $14 for those 3 items and tried offering me $4 for pair of shoes and $4 for a brand new urban outfitters jumpsuit. I wasn’t expecting a ton of money but to not be able to differentiate between brands is kind of the minimum expectation for resale shop. It’s insulting to act like clothes brought in aren’t “nice enough” when the clothes I brought in were in style and...

I was looking for a coach handbag. No sign said “don’t go beyond” but when I strolled over to look at the bags on the back shelf the clerks were just rude! It wasn’t like “oh hey sorry but we have to help you with those”. It was “you canNOT be back here just tell us what you want to see”. Then she walked away and the three sales people stood at the cash register talking amongst themselves—intentionally ignoring me!! I had to go ask if one of them would please help me. She answered curtly “you just have to ask”. I liked two of the bags but I decided they didn’t deserve the sale-they can keep their “higher end” bags sitting on their protected shelf. I left, went to the store in Fishers and bought 3 Coach bags from a super friendly, helpful...
