Horrible customer service + low quality clothing!! I try to support local businesses so I purchased two items from this store in Nocatee. One item was a $60 dress and I wore it one time. I washed it per the label instructions and let it dry flat. The garment shrunk to a child's size piece of clothing. I went to return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase & the store manager refused to do either. She would only repeat herself over/over by saying if you wash the clothing we cannot refund or credit you. I explained that I only wore it once and during the initial wash the clothing was defective. The exact dress was still for sale & hanging up near the register. The manager said there was nothing she could do for me. She also said since I cut off the tags their policy is no refunds or exchanges. I am reasonable and I understand in certain circumstances refunds/exchanges can not be made but in this instance management should have made an exception. My main complaint was the store manager made me feel like this business does not value their customers. There are so many other wonderful local businesses in Nocatee or Ponte Vedra. I would recommend spending your hard earned money at a store who appreciates their customers and makes repeat...
   Read moreBeware. Anything they consider âholidayâ merchandise is final sale. They do not tell you of this policy when you purchase. I purchased a dress last week and they simply asked âreceipt in the bag ok?â I know they have a short return window and for credit only- which is fine but if you are going to be selling full price items final sale itâs only good customer service to mention that at the time of sale. They donât even have you sign the receipt so there was no place I could Have possibly seen this before purchase. When I tried to return it (unworn, with tags, still in the original tissue paper) for credit within 6 days, they just told me no itâs policy they wonât. I said I wasnât told my items were final sale- the manager just kept saying itâs policy and itâs circled on the receipt (but didnt care that the receipt was put directly in the bag at time of purchase so there was no way for me to know that). If you are going to have a final sale policy- do the right thing and alert customers ahead....

Itâs a real talent to be able to dress a customer in better style than the customer could have found on their own.
Last summer I bought a pair of shorts that are still among my favorite closet work horses.
