Tim the salesman is such an awesome person who really cared about my spinal cord injury, and got me the right bed..I would highly recommend Sit-N-Sleep way over Ortho Mattress who sold me a hard (Firm) mattress that every day I feel like I was sleeping on rocks and in pain rolling back-and-forth all night and waking up in pain and very tired…luckily for my wife and myself we decided to head over to Sit-N-Sleep and met up with Tim..I explained my injuries to Tim who really listened and cared. Had me try out different beds and got me to the best bed that fit my needs For relief on my spinal cord… He qualifies the client he just doesn’t sell your bed he qualifies you he sees what you need And he asked about a little bit about sleepless painful nights in which he really cared and listened to me and my wife’s needs for a good night sleep..He was so kind and caring , very professional..he got all my story. He put me into the bed…. I give Tim a 10 out of 10…. i’m recommending my son David to buy another bed there. Matthew and David who are future clients once again and we keep coming back to sleep-N-Sleep because this is the place that cares and qualifies a client so they get the right bed, and not just a quick sale, Thank you Tim and keep up the great job. Yes, anyone can sell beds , but are the sales associates really looking after the clients and their needs or injuries, or Ask you how your sleeping patterns are and how do you wake up in the morning, which is very important ? To add to our visit , My wife had tried out these pillows at the end We purchased two Sterns and Fosters pillows that were floor room displays Tim made it happen and are working great relieving a lot of pain from my neck. Around 2019 I became paralyzed on the right arm down to my hand , I have radial palsy from my neck and constantly in pain. Well I’m just really really happy now that we met Tim he got us everything we needed And I would highly recommend Tim to a lot of future clients.. As he really cares for the clients who he treats us like if we were part of his family.. And because some clients are also patients , Tim gets it right from the beginning and cares and listens to the clients who end up buying the best bed that fits that persons needs…so that person could finally get a good night sleep… Thank you once again Tim …Next time you’re in town ask for Tiim at Sit-N-Sleep in Norco, California..Yes, he’s a person who greets you with a smile that makes you feel at ease and at home and most important does not just rush you out for a fast sale , he really cares… Sincerely Mr....

My husband and I are in desperate need of a new mattress after our 9 year old Brautyrest Bethany has made body indentations with an island in the center of our mattress. The indents happened only 3-4 years of owning it. Might I add, we are not large people.

I have inherited major back problems in my 40s. I had surgery on a lumbar herniated disc just 3 years ago and may need another one this year. So we specifically know what we're looking for. A FIRM mattress. And one that's NOT going to break down in a couple of years.

Tim was AWESOME at the Norco Sit'n'Sleep!!! I cannot recommend him enough! He has something like 26 years in the mattress industry so he knows all the ins and outs and was so informative. Was not pushy or a salesman in any way. Guided us and let us be alone to really experience the mattresses. So if you have specific needs, like we did, ask for Tim. He'll truly guide you in the right direction.

After about 1 to 1-1/2 hours testing out about 6 mattresses we didn't buy a mattress YET. But we do have our eye on the last one he showed us, which also happened to be the most expensive. That's probably why it was shown last.

I had never heard of this company, Technogel, or experienced anything like it. I'm usually only an interspring mattress buyer. But technogel is specifically made for people like me with a bad back.

The Technogel Armonia was like HEAVEN!! I felt light and weightless. It eased the pain to nearly nothing laying on my right side, which is usually an impossibility.

Since it's an expensive purchase, we're gonna sit on the decision for now and go back to retest. But that's my 1st choice for a bed for sure! It's nice there was zero pressure to buy.

We didn't leave empty handed though. Tim had us use the Scrumptious pillow since I'm mainly a side sleeper and was just as knowledgeable about the pillows. So we did buy a Scrumptious side pillow because it sold itself in comfort which truly was SCRUMPTIOUS!!! But Tim did sell us on what a GREAT company the Scrumptious company are for the life of the...

Dishonest. Simply wanted a "tall" bedframe with "lots of room underneath" and "plenty of space below" making it excruciatingly clear. I was pretty sure the idea got across as my bedframe was "upgraded" with no additional cost. It arrived days later as the standard height. It's upgrade is that it can hold more weight... I'm the skinniest guy you met. This was a major ordeal that had me reorganize my whole room, which I could've done a head of time if I knew the size. On the phone I'm told it was a "misunderstanding" and that the employee had NO IDEA I NEEDED A TALL BEDFRAME. It's the only thing I said to him! A tall bedframe with lots of room underneath and plenty of space below. Apparently he does not recall the ONLY detail at all and infact remembers a great deal of our sale much differently than my own. For example, he claims to show me the bedframe ahead of time as we were leaving, which I do not recall. Infact I remember heading twords some fancy fluid jell mattresses beddings because my sister was distract by the way it felt and was telling me to touch it. I think he was just on autopilot, trying to get a quick sell and do his job, assuming I'm not a big spender. I don't think he took any details into consideration and figured a standard set up will be fine. He must have heard me say the word "bedframe" a lot. As he upgraded it for no reason. I believe he did this to increase his sales, which he claims is unessasary. As compensation, he told me he will refund some of the costs. I am more annoyed with the time and effort I spent to accommodate my new situation, money was never the issue. I believe the salesman was uninterested in my needs and situation, and is only now concerned for his reputation. I am displeased with the inadequate level of dedication and seriousness devoted twords younger customers. Shop online or...
