I really liked this place at first but unfortunately if you do have an issue with any of their vapes...they are very rude about helping resolve the issue. I had a $27 new model vape with the last 1/3 of juice left...it malfunctioned. I think the better thing to do was offer a $3-$5 discount on my next purchase instead of telling me it was empty when apparently it wasn't. Oh well there's other vape shops. I recommend house of vape! # update...the owner responds to go back and see someone to get hooked up...no ...I saw you and should have treated me correctly the 1st time...Now you want to make it right so I'd change my review. Please treat future...

The owner is biligerant and disrespectful, and MOST CERTAINLY does not value business or the customers. "You're barely 21, I'm not going to sell to you." I've purchased many items numerous times from this location, and I've never had a problem. Until I tried to converse with the owner. In which his responses were snark and offensive and resulted in being kicked out unprovoked. Do not recommend. Owner\clerk treated me very kind and proven knowledgeable at least about most E-cig products available; 20 dollars each and even offered discounted bundles, e.g., (3 for $50) offered to replace if its expired\not working correctly. Price can be considered a little steep on many torches but I don't really know a whole lot about what other things could cost although had discovered $20 - 15,000 hit "Iron Mike" vapes and new Tyson 2.0 products the store is located in kind of an upper class section of Norco\North Corona area for...
