I tend to enjoy places where I get to customize the ingredients because I'm getting exactly and only the things I want, so I know I'll like it.

There are also premade dishes to choose from, but we chose to make our own.

There are a variety of sizes, but I chose the biggest one, the super bowl, so that we could have leftovers. That one has 5 scoops of rice, which means you can also choose 5 different proteins, and if you only want 2, like I did, they will multiply what you chose to make it 5, like I ended up getting 3 scoops of tofu and 2 scoops of avocado.

There are so many sauces and ingredients to choose from, so before we even got to the cashier we stood off to the side and I wrote down on a piece of paper what we wanted and just handed it to them, although they did have a bit of trouble reading my writing.

It was only when we were about to leave that I saw a wall that was alphabetized with sheets of paper of people's preferences, maybe for when they come back and want the same thing?

When we were there, there weren't any blank forms available, so I just used a piece of paper I already had in my bag.

Or you can do what another customer did and just walk in and tell them what you want. I just wanted to be more efficient and have everything already picked out by the time we got to the cashier.

🚨Warning Siren 🔊🛑‼️⚠️❌🚨 Seriously I don’t normally write bad reviews but this is the honest truth! DO NOT EAT HERE! Ordered two bowls and $40 later… I opened the first bowl and the fishy old stench hit my nostrils and I jumped back about two feet! The “fish” was black/dark dark brown like it had been in the sun for days. The octopus was hardened rubber! Lettuce was brown, avocado brown. Everything about this place it rancid and should be shut down! This is not a joke, it’s a public safety hazard. I’m calling and reporting this establishment that’s obviously not administered by anyone who cares about people/customers health....

Good restaurant, good portions but the service is beyond rude. The workers do not care about you as customers and try to hurry you up to get out of their face it seems like. I ordered a large plate with 5 portions and was only given 4 and charged for 5. Very rude customer service with little to no care for their people it seems like. Such a shame because the food is pretty good to be honest but I dont think ill be coming back. They dont listen to you and you almost have to yell to get their attention for what you want in your poke bowl. Other than that food was great but they really need to get their act...
