Miguel’s Jr. — Restaurant in Norco

I go here pretty regularly, and they mess up my order pretty regularly- today put me at my 3rd consecutive messed up order. I ordered the beef taquitos a la carte and a taco salad with mixed greens. The person gave me my order and said, “here are your chicken taquitos.” I said I had ordered the beef taquitos, so I waited another 5 minutes (along with the rest of my order - which was also messed up- more on that later). I get home and when I bit into my taquitos, I discovered I had chicken taquitos. My taco salad was straight iceberg lettuce with no mixed greens to be found. I was quite disappointed, and, of course, it wasn’t worth a 10 minute drive back to get the order corrected. I guess next time I’ll have to go to a different location. I give up I’m done no more Miguels I used to go to Miguel’s once or twice a week for the past 20+ years, but not only the price of a bean and cheese burrito gone from one dollar to four dollars but it seems that every time I go without fail they managed to mess up my order. I have this problem at every location whether it’s Ontario River Road or six street. Today I asked for some onion in my burrito and they put about a half pound of onion. I ordered one bean and cheese burrito for myself one bean rice and cheese for my son and of course they put them in the wrong wrapper, so when I bite into it, guess what I got my son’s burrito and he got mine I know it not much, but it’s always something every single time bye-bye...

Everyone loves Miguel's, but this has to be the best one. It's the staff that makes a difference. From the kitchen staff to the front counter. It seems that every order is perfect. The kitchen seems to know how to make every order better than the last time I visited. The staff at the drive through and front counter are awesome. Stephanie, Sabrina, and Bella make each visit a pleasure. It seems like every time I come in, even if the last customer treated them terribly, they smile and are super helpful selecting something new from the menu.
