0 star if i can since they scammed me. I hope this will remind you about my refunds. Diana gave me a tour on June 10th at 12:45. I toured the 1bed1bath apartment but didnt like how it did not come W/D. So she showed me Q03 apartment model telling me that they will have Q06 available at the end of June, 2bed1bath with W/D included for the same price as the single bedroom. I thought everything was perfect since they VERBALLY promised me everything. But she also mentioned apartment J03 if Q06 cannot be finished in time. She said J03 will be exactly same layout. I wanted Q03 because of the clean environment, exterior, first floor, and big layout. On the next day, I requested an email from Diana to hold it as a proof of what she promised me, the price and layout. But instead of replying via email, she called me saying that she needed to talk to the manager first but promised the price range will fall in between $1300-1400. I trusted them and applied in-person via paperwork (not online). I paid them total ($850 including the deposit via money order as they told me and have the money orders signed under Elliot Norcross with apartment Q06 on all money order. However, when I came to give the deposit money order of $500, they said the Q06 will be delayed since it will be totally new and renovated. They said the previous renter left the apartment in a bad condition so they have to fix EVERYTHING. I said I could wait even for another week if needed, they even agreed and said WILL TALK TO MANAGER. If not, they promised the J03 will be exactly the same layout. I did requested a tour for J03 but everything they kept denying a tour due to fixing. On June 26th, Diana called me after email me a Welcome letter (my name was spelled wrong and they missed 1 payment on the Google Sheet), she rushed me to call GA to apply so I could have access to electric as soon as I move in on June 30th. However, it wasn't Q06 that was put on Welcome letter, it was J03. They said the Q06 won't be ready until next month. I said I could've wait under 1 condition with the same price range they promised. They suddenly told me NO and it will be higher price of $1700. I was shocked because everything was last minute. So since I couldn't come tour J03 on June 27th due to work, they said will email me pictures of J03 the next day since Diana was not working on June 28th. Since i didn't receive any email regarding info of J03 nor pictures, I came to the office on June 28th to request a tour. Another lady said they couldn't show me J03 or let me tour due to not enough staff and Diana had my all of my applications. She tried calling Diana but no one picked up. Before I left the property, I drove pass J03 building. I was disappointed to find out the outside of building was old and falling apart, nothing like the Q building at all. I came on June 30th MORNING for move in as scheduled. Diana said the move in was supposed to be at 4pm. NO ONE email me about the move in time at all. I requested to tour J03, Diana said the apartment was being fixed so they delayed it. As expected, the J03 was second floor, bugs & trash everywhere on the staircases. The layout of J03 was TOTALLY DIFFERENT from Q03 model. OLD, YELLOW COUNTERTOPS, RUSTY, AND DIFFERENT LAYOUT. I asked why did they lie to me, Diana and the manager said it was only because the layout was flipped backwards. Then they showed me another unit N10 which was first floor, same layout and exactly same as Q03 model. But they said the price also differs after Diana talked to her manager. The manager, Giselle, blamed me for not touring saying that they gave me a week notice when they actually told me everything at the LAST minute. When I asked why they promised me Q06 while not telling me the issues, they deny it was their fault saying they wouldn't tell me back and forth about the issue they had with the apartment. So Gisella promised me to make all of the fees above refundable to me. Please do as you promised or email me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't write reviews, but I feel that this is necessary to spare any future would-be applicants. I had applied for a 2 Bed/2Bath around the 12th of July. Paystubs and documentation were provided upon RENTCafe. A few days after the submission of the application, I still had not received a response, so I had gone ahead and contacted them via phone. They did not answer. Then, I had contacted through email, which they had replied to after some time requesting additional paystubs (paystubs which I had already submitted upon RENTCafe). Regardless, I re-sent that over email. Over the following weeks, any update upon the leasing application was initiated by me, followed by vague one sentence responses by Vida. After a couple weeks, we'd finally been approved with conditions, including a $250 SureDeposit bond. However, upon checking my unit number on RENTCafe, our unit number had changed. Upon contacting leasing, our previous unit we had applied for was having maintenance done, which was fine as the unit we'd been shifted to was another 2 Bed/2 Bath. Upon requesting the next step within the process, our lease, we were told we must tour the unit beforehand. So we had set up an appointed tour for 07-22-21. However, upon showing up, their office had been closed till 07-27-21, with no efforts to notify me of the change. Which was extremely inconvenient as my move-in date had been set to 07-27-21. Upon contacting the leasing consultant again (Lina Munoz), she then stated that that unit is now unavailable (despite being approved, and having put a deposit down), that they only have a 2 Bed/1 Bath available, and that the lease is drafted on move-in day. Why would I sign a lease to a unit I did not apply for? And why is your office is being so shady as to entrap me to this unit, to be signed the very day I move in? As of now, this application has been cancelled and I am currently homeless. I had been contacted to pick up my check of $250 for both application fees of $50 each and an administration fee of $150, to be picked up on 08-02-21. However, to my surprise, the office was once again closed. I am also currently working with SureDeposit in order to receive my deposit back which requires verification from the leaser that I have not moved in. Who knows if Vida will respond to that. Please, I urge you to look elsewhere, as Vida Apartments by ARIUM will exploit you, take your money, and run. Any 2 star and up reviews on this page are either staff, paid, or are delusional. In all honesty, Vida Apartments by ARIUM is not even deserving of a one star review, as that'd be an overestimation of their work ethic and honesty. Also, I am expecting Lina Munoz (or any other staff) to respond back to my emails, or I will be contacting the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and take...
Read moreIt was very ugly and abusive experience. Let's start from beginning, last year they changed my AC unit because old one stop working but the new AC unit was defective, it was running non stop and not shut by controller, so I submit work order but no one show up for while and when technician show up, he told me that we need over 75° temperature to fix it and summer is almost gone so it's not possible. I accept it. When this summer starts I again submit work order for the problem. Then I went to leasing office and told them that look because of this problem I'm paying double electricity bills and it is important that's why I'm here physically, the clerk make a not and told me that I will notify them I say thanks and left, but no one came to fix it. It is a hot summer now and I use to switch off the unit manually to save some on power bills. One day its stop working completely again, and I submit the work order and wait for three or four days then I call leasing office for one hour and ten times but no one picks up the phone, I went to leasing office to get some information. I sit on sofa and wait for my number. Then I told the clerk that I want to see the Manger, she replied that she is in a meeting, so I wait but I saw in big glass window that she was alone and there was no meeting, there I feel insult and disrespect, so I entered in her office and asked that why you guys didn't pick up the phone? She replied it was a lunch break, I asked it's 5pm and your sign say that lunch break is 1pm to 2pm? She reply no I was on lunch break, I told her that you are also staff member and rules apply on you too. After that, not being hypocrite I got louder so she ask me to leave and I left her office. Just outside the office door there was another clerk call me "f" you although I wasn't engage with her, and same time another guy physically abused me and when I ask him why you push me or even touch me, he replied I can and entered to manager office. So I also went behind him, meanwhile there another employee behind the door and I was not aware of that. So they called police. I wait for while and then left to home and they charge me with battery charges. I will legally fight those charges and else. I receive the evacuation notice and i gonna do that. I live 8 years in this society and feels like home but now I got to leave without respect. If you visit their office in late hours you will see less workers, some of them already gone and the...
