Now I am not one to leave a review, but I felt this should be shared. I would like to preface that I had never been to an At Home store before, and it’s safe to say I will not be going back ever again. I’ve been in the process of moving into an apartment so my mom got me a pillow from there, which unfortunately did not match so I took it in to return it. My mother emailed me her online order so I could return it in the store. My interaction with the cashier was terrible. She was incredibly rude and gave me attitude the whole time. The email I had was not the right one to return the pillow and I politely asked if there was anyway we could look up my moms name in the system, to which the cashier made a snide remark. I was so uncomfortable with this interaction that I decided to walk out the store. My mom ended up sending me the correct email with the receipt, so I reluctantly went back in. I ended up with the same cashier unfortunately, and despite my previous encounter with her I remained friendly. When the barcode scanned, she asked me if I had the card used for the purchase,and I said no because my mother ordered it with her paypal. From working as a cashier at another store, I know that you get a gift-card when paypal is used for an online order. This cashier proceeded to explain this to me in a derogatory manner that made me feel worse about my experience. Now I didn’t think to get this cashiers name because I was incredibly uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. As I previously stated, I have been a cashier before and I have NEVER treated a customer that way (even on bad days) and believe her attitude was absolutely unacceptable and managed to poorly represent this establishment. Never in all my years have I been treated this poorly by a person at a store and what makes it worse was this treatment was unprovoked. If my friends ever ask where to shop, I will not be recommending this store and instead recommending Homegoods or literally any other store. After this unfortunate interaction all I’m left with is a gift-card that I will never use and a bad mood for being...

Great selection of merchandise.

Real bad experience with staff make it a 1 star: Clearance sale items from Halloween and Fall were placed in 3 isles that were marked clearance. However, at the register there were several items that did not ring up as clearance. One even rang up the marked msrp price on the original package! Register employee gave an I don't care attitude. Kept repeating a monotone statement that "only items marked as clearance are discounted." We were simply trying to point out that these items were a in the isles marked as clearance, and it was misadvertising or incorrectly not marked. She said that it was a "known issue" about the one item that rang up for more than normal price. She was going to correct it, but we didn't want it because it was supposed to be clearance as well.

Asked for store manager. He came over and instead of asking for more information and what they could do to correct it, he gave the "I really don't give a d### about you" attitude. Said signs clearly state clearance items are marked. And would not even walk over to look at what we were telling them, or to the section marked as clearance.
