I'm giving them 3 stars due to the fact I LOVE LOVE LOVE my sectional (now a little over 2 years old)! It is the highlight of my house and the first thing everyone notices! The leather is very soft and I went with such beautiful a rich dark chocolate! I will say however... I have had issues with my leather ripping/tearing. I tried to reach them within the 2 year warranty (couch was 1 year and 7 months old) to get it repaired and was told I did not have a warranty when I know I paid extra $$ for the extended warranty. I was soo confused as to why I had pay for a warranty? After going back and forth with them for about 3 and half weeks (asking for the male owner/manager who sold me the couch to call me but never did) I did not have time to waste arguing about this into this due to getting married. After things settled down from my wedding/honeymoon and done some research and found my receipt for the warranty (which they claimed I did not buy) .. and of course, it was expired by a month and half by this time. Just my luck right. I have left a few messages (after their business hours which is my fault due to my work sch) asking to call me back at any time. I am hoping they see fault as I tried to get them to repair the couch within the covered warranty time. I will post and updated post once the situation is handled and hopefully I will be able to give them 5 stars because I do truly love my couch! Read morePicking a local company may not have been the best decision. We purchased four theater chairs and a leather set for our sitting room (off the show room floor, not the clearance room). The sales manager (Bill) was second to none while we were spending money. $9500.00 later the leather set was to big for the room. I informed Bill that I would be returning the set. But upon my arrival he acted surprised and he was a totally different person from whom we made our purchas. He spoke very loud while other customers were in the store. For the last two weeksI've made several calls back to the stores manager ( Bill) and to the General manager David with no avail. So It appears that all sales are final. A referral and the life time warranty was the determining factor in the decision. Now after the fact, I wounder how good is a life time warrenty if the customer service and the communication is this poor. Before you buy from leather creations just make sure it's going to fit your space and you didn't need to return it.

Read moreWe purchased a sofa from the Mall of Georgia store in 2002. The following year bought an oversize chair (chair 1/2) and oversize ottoman from the same store in 2003. Fast forward to 2023; although all pieces are still in very good shape, wife wants something new. I admit the leather has faded over the years but there's nothing wrong with the frame, springs, or cushions. We have since moved to Florida. After searching all the big box and smaller retailers around central Florida we decided to drive back to Atlanta to purchase our new recliner sofa from Leather Creations.
Before making the trip, we spent considerable time doing our research. Darin was great to work with. He mailed us a few samples so wife could match their wide selection of leather, colors, and styles against our interior carpet/colors.
