Staff was polite but if I could give 0 stars I would. i placed an order for furniture back in early February and was advised that the first week of march id have the furniture delivered. I call back because we were coming up on the 2nd week of march i never got notified of an update or anything and got advised I’d have to be called back because Kareem was the only person who had access to see when the furniture would be delivered but he wasn’t in. I never received a call back. called In again and was advised he wasn’t there. He’d call back the next day he didn’t call me at all I called back and then he called back and left a voice mail. I call again and get notified well the order was delayed so you’d have it by March 19th - 21st at the latest. After i advised the lady that is not what was told me to nor was that communicated. It’s ridiculous because i have to reach out to get these updates. I understand things happen but the communication is very poor. If it’s like this now I’d hate to see what it would be like if we actually did do business. Kareem finally called back and left a voice mail after i told them to just cancel it. I call today and it’s the same thing Kareem is gone and no one has answers...

I am a real estate agent and I stage my homeS for some of my clients. I have worked with Buddy's Home Furnishings on Little Creek Rd since they first opened. (I used the other company that was at this location prior to the name change to Buddy's). I deal directly with Kareem at this location. HE IS WONDERFUL! Very accommodating and professional. He gets the delivery to me in record time. Their prices are very reasonable. I have also worked with George at the same location. Again...very professional and friendly. All the furniture delivered is in top-notch condition. Their products help sell my listings! They do not mind renting short term, which is what I am forced to do because my listings sell very fast and I attribute that to staging with Buddy's Home Furnishings. I know of another stager who also uses them...but I don't have permission to use her name. Anyway...LOVE BUDDY'S on LITTLE CREEK in NORFOLK, VA. THANK YOU...

we have never missed a payment in over a year and we recently switched to a different style couch. ( few months back) and as they were moving the couch in the ripped it on the arm!! the man in the glasses who may be the manager took a picture in our home before he left and said he would be ordering anew piece for the sectional. Its been months we have gotten NO discounts No apologies. we have called so so many times and they just say we will have the manager call u back, he never does, and we leave our number and no one calls and when we get thru to him he says it is to be delivered on a certain date, then that date comes and goes. I have left my phone number for someone higher then the manager and i doubt it was given to them...i am yet to receive a call from them either. They have been lying to us for months about this. i don't think anyone knows whats going on. and we still have a...
