I had to take my time to write this. I had very good experience in other store. And this is not my first product of MK. Well this is how my story starts. I had lot of travel going on. Went to find a large tote for a gift. So I visited the store on 11/13/18. There were huge discounts going on due to holiday season. And a sales rep showed me some bags and I loved the large voyager tote that was for $478. So I picked up this bag and went ahead for billing. After billing she said, this is a display bag, let me get you a new one from inside and got it. Since it was very well packed and arranged neatly, I did not open it. Because I wanted to gift it. Then I give this neatly packed bag to the person and they send me a pic, I was terrified. This was not what I purchased. So I had to take the bag back to store to get the one I originally wanted. And said the story to a guy who was apparently the manager of the store. Instead of solving the issue, he completely ignored my problem, lied that they never sell that product at the store, as it is a retail one and directed me for a refund. I said I can exactly spot the section where this bag was displayed and you can even check your store cameras, because I was very sure of what I selected. And I did not like the bag they gave me instead of the one I liked. The response was very rude and discouraging. I felt very bad about how the store manager lied that they did not display the product at all, when I myself selected the bag I wanted. Read moreI came into this store to buy my wife a birthday present yesterday straight from work, I am an industrial mechanic and by no means was I the best dressed person in the store, but I am still a customer. I wandered the store for 10 to 15 minutes with my phone in my hand looking at a picture trying to find the purse that my wife said she liked. 3 of the store associates walked past me like I was invincible multiple times. I was not helped until I approached the country and once I was helped it was like I was bothering the associate that I asked for help from. Once I was shown where the bag was I was left alone as if I had some infectious disease. I picked up a matching wallet and proceeded to the checkout counter. I stood at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes without 1 glance from the 3 before mentioned associates, and was only helped because another customer in the store had asked for some help with something that they had behind the counter. This is the most disrespected I have ever felt in any store ever in my life! I will never spend my hard earned money with this company another day in my life! I would much rather go to Coach or Dooney and Bourne or hell even Louis Vuitton than spend my money with...
Read moreIts the worst customer service ever i had from the manager itself (young white lady) she was very rude i went there during Christmas time and bought stuff of $200+ worth and the guy at counter was so nice and polite but he forgot to put all my stuff in the bag he missed one bag so i have to go back next day in the morning they said manager will be here shoeless she came after 20-30 mins wait time and later took the receipt and my bag to check on camera and came back after another 20-30 minutes my 4 month old baby had an appointment snd i have to cancel due to this finally she gave my missing bag and not even asked a apology and on top of it she snatched bag from my hand and took the gift bag saying you didn’t pay for it, cashier was supposed to charge and he didn’t i didn’t realize either untill she asked she acted like we got everything for free and never paid for it Im never ever returning to this MK stores anymore i think due to this kind of poor customer service and rude managers they closed in the lynnhaven mall good luck with the kind of manager you’re having definitely you will close this store...
