I received a follow up email from Kurt at SOV apologizing for not getting back to me sooner since he was at a trade show. However, he completely understood my concerns and issues with the rings I had ordered. Kurt stressed his desire for my complete satisfaction. I told Kurt that I truly liked the ring designs, but was concerned about the quality, origin, etc. Kurt told me that many of his competitors source there silver from overseas resources to keep costs competitive and I completely understood this. Kurt told me that if I was not pleased with the rings that he would be willing to either exchange them for different sizes or offer a complete refund. Drove there all the way through traffic two days in a row to look for a Christmas gift for a pagan friend. Both times, the store was closed and dark well be for their posted closing time. Messaged their FB for accurate hours and got an email response telling me to email them because they don't check. Fb messages and that the answer regularly unless they are out of town or at a festival. Nothing in their shop site, Facebook, or stores door that said anything about closed hours or being out of town. This has exceeded my effort I'm willing to give. If a place can keep up to date information on when their store is open or communicate when there is an unexpected closure, I'm not sure the quality they put in to their products and having to get a run around to talk to a person for anything let alone hours, is just a huge red flag for a...
