I gave 1 star because I can't give 0! I went with a friend the other day and they had a couple deals going on that ends at midnight tonight so I decided to go today before it ends. The deals were buy $75 worth of baby items, get a $15 gift card back. Buy 3 qualifying purchases, get a free 3 pack of up and up wipes. Buy 2 big boxes of pampers swaddlers size 3 diapers, get a $10 gift card. The up and up wipes worked out great and automatocally went. The gift cards did not. I asked a lady for help. She initially told me I couldn't do both gift card deals and I had to choose. I informed her that I came with a friend the other day and they allowed her to get them no problem. And that it did not say anything about not being able to do both. After that she said she was going to go look. She came back a few minutes later and said she did not see a sign about it so I went to show it to her and it was gone. It had been 10 MINUTES since I saw it with my own two eyes! After about 20 minutes of arguing a manager raised her voice and said "Just give it to her!" Gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes, and walked away. She (the lady that went to look) proceeded to holler to the manager "should I give her the $15 gift card too?" The manager hollers back take $5 off each box of wipes and if she still qualifies for the $15 gift card give it to her. I wouldn't have if they discounted $10 instead of the gift cards so I grabbed another diaper creme so that I would. I got the discount and the giftcard and she walks away while I pay. A man I had initially talked to when she walked away asked if everything got situated and I said yes and told him what happened and he said its very suspicious it disappeared after she went back there by herself and he agreed she likely took it down. I go to customer service and it's a long line so i wait, even though some customers in line in front of me are only there to be checked out. i get my turn, employee tells me she has to refund transaction and re ring it due to my coupon, i ask if she can put they refund on target gift card instead, no. ok we process that and she re rings up my item and asks for ny target circle so i hand my phone to scan it she says i have to enter my number instead, i do and she puts in coupon and tells me total i hand her my phone with my target wallet app on it she said she couldn't scan it because of the screen she was on and asked me if i had the physical card on me, i did not. then asked if i just wanted to keep the refund instead, i told her no i came here for formula for my child and he needs it. so i ended up having to call my fiance to transfer funds to my checking account and hold up the line more and she mumbled I can't believe your mad because you don't have the physical card. i was beyond upset, i feel as though i was a bother to them although this wasn't my mess to clean up. isn't that the point of the target wallet to link my red card for discounts and...

When I get to the register at guest services I showed the cashier the picture right after the item rings up for $99.99 he automatically tells me it should be no problem for the store to honor the price the longest they were in the wrong space he calls electronics and they confirmed then he proceeded to call the manager Ms. Lynn which came and said that she couldn't honor because she believes a customer push the items over one space, her assumption.
