I can see with these 1 star reviews that I am not the only one who has had a terrible experience at this location. I have been to multiple locations in CA, TX, and VA. I live a low carb lifestyle and order the same meal at every location I've ever been too. I went in this afternoon with my husband and ordered my 12 count grilled nuggets with the creamy salsa dressing on the side. Isaiah took our order and told me I was not allowed to have the dressing without ordering a salad (there like the same price btw). I explained that I've been eating at chick filet for years and had never been denied the dressing. He then said again, you cant have it. I said, well I'll be happy to pay for the dressing, and he again said no, that it only comes with a salad. He then told me he would add it. I said thank you and we took our seat. Our food came out a few minutes later, with no dressing. I kindly asked the woman who brought it, if I could get the side of dressing. Without a beat, she just said in a rude tone, "they only come with salads", and walked away. Obviously she walked over to "let me know" how serious they were about their dressings. No explanation of why from either Isaiah or this woman. I don't know if you have tried grilled nuggets without any type of sauce, its not great. I'm also limited in what I can use as a dressing being that I am allergic to milk product. Of course, come to find out the rude woman who brought us our food was a manager (Claudia), after we asked to speak to one. She of course already knew, so she didn't ask why I said I would like to return the grilled nuggets (unopened btw). She just simply took my card and say "ok". TERRIBLE MANAGER. Disgusting experience and a horrible example of good customer service. They were terrible on SO many levels. Don't waste your time at...
Read moreWhile my girlfriend and I were walking out the door (It had been raining all day prior to our arrival) I was leading the way out in doing so I was holding the door open for the incoming customer. As the nice lady took one step inside the store her feet slid right out from under her and she fell very hard. With 4 witnesses standing right there we immediatly reacted to her situation and requested the manager and owner since we were told he was on the premises. The nice patron who had fallen was a nurse she made her own quick physical assessment and was able to with our assistance to stand and we helped her to the closest seat. While the other gentlemen his wife and my girlfriend stayed with her I went to the counter and asked again for the managent to be on scene and told them I wanted ice to prevent additional swelling. It took at least another 5 min maybe longer for a manager to arrive on scene from somewhere in the back and another 10min or more maybe for the owner to show. Instead of concerning himself with her well being and allowing the manager (who did not have a clue how to conduct an investigation of the situation. ) the owner started looking at the scene instead of concerning himself with his patrons well being. Didn't even bother asking the patron if she would like to have paramedics on scene to make an assesment and have her fully taken care of before having the audacity to question rather she saw the wet floor sign that was not properly positioned in plain sight (it wasn't it was closed up leaning in the corner out of the view of entering customers)
I will not return to this location anytime soon even though it is only a short distance from my home I will travel to an outlying store for...
Read moreThe food was fine and my kids l loved the food; however, the atmosphere was not ok at all. I have a severe allergy to fresh flowers. My allergy is so severe that I can go into Anaphylaxis (full body rash, throat close up, and I will lose the ability to breathe) if I am in close proximity of the flowers for a short period of time. My family and I had a 45 min drive home so we were planning to eat inside the restaurant. Once I walked in I didn't realize the flowers were there, as I ordered my throat was tingling, but I didn't think too much about it. I went to the area my family was sitting and realized immediately that the flowers on every table were real and that was the cause for my tingling throat. I asked my wife if she could remove the flowers that were in our proximity but all the vases were stuck to the table. I went to the rep at the register and he said "uh, yeah their stuck. You can just pull really hard and they'll come off the table. 😐 I explained I'm severely allergic and asked if they had a different area to sit away from the flowers. He said "no sorry." No effort was made to help me and my family out. So if you have a breathing condition, such as COPD, Emphysema, Asthma, or Flower Allergies you might want to choose a different restaurant to take your family if you are planning to stay in the restaurant. Unless you are doing take out. Like i said the food was fine; its the everything else that isnt. Apparently, looks are more important than customer safety. My post would be much different if the employees were concerned about my well being, but my concerns seemed to be a bother, and no effort was made to even clear out an area. So for that...
