Diamond Nail Spa experience was awful. I went for a nail polish change/repair. This was girls day out and not my usual nail salon. The tech told me 10 mins which was ACTUALLY 25 mins. Ok....no worries! I needed acrylic removed and there seemed to be a communication barrier. Again...no worries. The issue was when the tech cut the putter tip of toenail and it BLED profusely. As I questioned his method (respectfully) another nail tech chimed in rudely as if I weren't supposed to question his error. This led to a pretty heated debate. My cost would've been $20 and the tech apologized and said my service was free. Not my concern I wanted to understand how my nail would be covered with an open bleeding wound (at this point it would not stop). The owner finally stepped in and offered to correct which she did to the best of her ability. My companion felt uncomfortable because HER tech was the rude guy I argued with and at that point he began slamming things around his station and didn't even finish her services (he declined to polish her toenails). After drying my polish I thanked the owner and proceeded to leave the shop and was advised HIS error was free but my polish was $8 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I will NEVER ever visit this shop in life. Homedepot is my go-to store for all my appliances and pretty much any hardware stuff I need. Their delivery service is awesome and has been the best I have ever dealt with. No having to call customer service or chase down the appliances, they call, text, email, and let you know when they are coming and stick to that day and time.
