I went to this facility a couple weeks ago and can't get it out of my mind. I went when they opened and was amazed with the layout and comfort. They have a very large walk in humidor for all the quality cigars and a wide selection to chose from. What I was amazed by, was they even catered to the pipe smoker. As they don't have tins of tobacco as I was hoping, but did have a good selection of pipes. I will be returning to purchase more pipes and cigarillos this week. They are a little over priced for what I purchase online, but they need to pay for staff and the brick and mortar they reside in. I am not sure of clientele they cater too hang out as they have many table games for entertainment if you would like to entertain for a period of time it seems. I want to support local stores that specialize in tobacco sales as it is a declining business over the last half century. They do have a club discount of 5 percent on all purchases with a small amount of information for returning guests and have not recieved one email from them. So they don't sell your email. The environment is superb. Walking in you can immediately tell they have taken care of their merchandise. However, I must note I was interested in a box of Olivia V's and unfortunately the open box was a little dry thankfully the Customer Service Rep took the time to help me locate an unopened box and ensure it was in good condition.
