I was impressed with the questions they asked beforehand by confirming her age and asking that she was up to date with vaccines like the tetanus shot. They were very kind and tried their best to keep our little one comfortable during the process. They were very, very calm and responsive even when our baby kept moving around. Excellent work. I’ve gotten a tattoo in the past and 3 piercings more recently here. They were even able to fix a pair of bad lobe piercings I got at Claire’s when I was a teenager, barely a pinch. They set me up with good aftercare and my piercings are healing up with no problem at all (even my industrial, which I’ve only ever heard healing horror stories about). Dayna did my septum and she was nice. It's been about a month since I got it done and one of the balls fell off my piercing while I was sleeping (which is not her fault). So I went to a shop where I live and I had them change it to a different ring. Come to find out, it was pierced in the wrong spot which explains the pain I've been having since getting it done.
